At Teach Me About Property, there’s nothing we love more than a chance to check out new homes. This weekend, we’ll be in the Western suburbs of Sydney visiting two exciting developments in Leppington and Schofields. This is an exclusive opportunity for our students to walk through some beautifully constructed display homes. We can’t wait to see you all there!
The Value of a Walk Through
The value of a walk through when buying a home cannot be overstated. It gives you an immersive experience, allowing you to visualise yourself living in the space and evaluate its functionality, layout, and street appeal. Walking through a home in person reveals details that photos and videos often miss, such as the quality of construction, the flow of natural light, and the scale of the rooms. A walk through offers the opportunity to ask questions and gather insights from experts – an indispensable step in the home-buying process.
Schofields
The new community at Schofields will feature up to 2,950 new homes and a range of local amenities conveniently located near transport options. These amenities include 61 hectares of conservation land along Eastern Creek, 31 hectares of open space and recreation areas, retail space in three neighbourhood centres, and a potential public transport corridor linking Schofields Station to Rouse Hill. The development also includes upgrades to key roads, improved walking and cycling connections, and will help create new jobs for local residents.
