One of the most exciting milestones this year is the TMAP 10-Year Retreat, and this week we are finalising dates and starting direct communication with students who’ve already expressed interest. The retreat will be held in Bali, and places are strictly limited.

Over the past few months, many students reached out to let us know they wanted to attend. Those conversations now move from interest to action. Over the coming days, we’ll be connecting one-to-one to lock in availability and confirm attendance. If this is something you’ve been waiting on, now is the moment to be ready.

No More “We’ll Do It Later” — It’s Time to Move

Another big focus this week is momentum. A lot of students headed into Christmas thinking, “We’ll deal with it next year.” Well — next year is here. In fact, we’re already nearly one-twelfth of the way through it.

Over the coming days, we’ll be reaching out to students who are at or near borrowing capacity, those preparing to transact, and those who’ve been sitting on pre-approvals or partially completed strategies. The aim is simple: get you moving.

Waiting almost always costs more. Markets move, prices change, and opportunities don’t pause just because someone feels “not quite ready.” This is especially true for students setting up Self-Managed Super Funds, where timing, structure, and forward planning matter. Record January Settlements — And It’s Not Slowing Down

January 2026 has already made history for TMAP. It’s been the busiest January for settlements we’ve ever had in our 10-year journey. More families have moved forward, completed transactions, and taken ownership positions than ever before — and that momentum is continuing.

Students with upcoming settlements across different developments, including Queensland and commercial property projects, will be hearing from us directly. There are registrations approaching in areas like Marsden Park and other locations, and we want to make sure every student is prepared, informed, and supported.
